When your customer is ready to order, you take the price quote and with one click convert into an order (editing it, if necessary, along the way.) Of course, if you choose, you can generate a new order– without first having a quote. The same is true with creating a fresh new invoice. Once you have finished a job, or made a delivery, you can just take that order and convert it into an invoice­ with just one click.

Quotes & Billing’s Report options include: Customer Statements, Inventory, Open Orders, Open Quotes, Receivables, Sales, Supplier Orders, Taxes and Transactions. All reports can be printed, E-mailed or exported.

You can import your current inventory directly into the App as well as make changes via the import feature.
